1. What is CoChat?
CoChat is an AI research assistant that verifies every source. It searches papers across CrossRef, Semantic Scholar, arXiv, and OpenAlex, checks citations against real records, and helps your team with research, triaging papers and citation verification.
2. How do I get started after signing up?
Open a chat and ask a research question, or upload a PDF and ask CoChat to summarize it. Connect your tools (Google Docs, Slack, GitHub, and more) from the integrations sidebar to pull your own sources in.
3. How do I connect integrations?
Open the integrations panel in the sidebar, pick the tool you want, and sign in. Each teammate connects their own tools, so access stays scoped to the person.
4. Is my data secure?
Your chats and files stay in your workspace. Integrations are scoped per user, and you control what's connected.
5. How does source verification work?
CoChat checks citations against CrossRef and Semantic Scholar records so you can trust what you're citing. You review and verify every source yourself; CoChat surfaces the record, you make the call.
6. Can I use CoChat with my team?
Yes. Share chats, projects, and assistants so your team works from the same research and context.

8. How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Go to the billing page in your profile menu and click "Cancel Subscription". You will be redirected to our payment provider (Stripe) to cancel your subscription.
